Well lit but the photo is far too small.

This looks like it could be a really great shot, but it is let down by the lack of sharpness and also its too small, you can use bigger images than this and really show off the photo.

I would prefer the face in focus. Nice shot.

A good pose. Lighting is good but the size and lack of sharpness really decrease the impact. -6

I would like to see the image larger, and it needs more light, more contrast. It's really flat looking.

No doubt a lovely image with very good lighting but when you enter a competition you want to take advantage of the size they allow you. Many will complain about this. You have a highly interesting and well lit image so why not do yourself the favor and display it to its advantage. I placed you at 6 on first pass and I would have bumped this higher if not for the size.

I wish that this photo was bigger, I can hardly see it. Still, a good example of great lighting.

too small to properly evaluate

Th image is so small, I'm sure I'm not the first to mention this...it's also a little "flat" I don't see any true whites happening here...which is vital for a good B & W image.

In my opinion this is too small and too dark. Great idea, but needs more time spent on execution, I think. The positioning of the feet and the fact that it appears the frame cuts right through the left foot is also quite awkward.

If this was a clearer shot it would have been much better.

People will comment about how the size of this image is too small. ...hey look, I just did. ;-) Unfortunate because I think this would have done pretty well. Great lighting, beautiful model. Just can't tell much more than that though because of the size.

Don't be discouraged or annoyed with people's comments about the size either - you will definitely get your share of favorable comments even if your score doesn't do well. Have fun.
