Taken with the 100mm Canon with the 50mm attached to the front and no cropping done at all.

Found this guy while cleaning a screen window. Yes, the guy was long gone.

Here is some photos of how the whole thing looks as per Scott W's request/comment. I was wondering the same thing until I figured it out so just sharing.

Setup for getting the Canon 50mm f1.8 Lens attached to the Canon 100mm f2.8 Macro Lens. Focus point is about 1 inch or less from the subject. Autofocus works with this setup but I perfer to use manual focus.
