 Morning light on the boardwalk. The first day the squirrels sat up top and ate away at the apples and guarded them from the others. That's when I got this shot. The 2nd and 3rd day they wised-up, and snatched the apples and took them under the boardwalk to eat and hoard, so I could get only one or two quick shots off with each apple. Smart little devils.

Curves, hue/saturation, selective color, levels, cropping, and usm following resizing.

I just cannot see how would someone give this shot a 1 or even a 5, the shot is so clean, so crisp, excellent exposure ... Something must be wrong with some voters.

i look at your photo without looking on the title and i said the same thing. mine!! this was once in a blue moon shot... so i gave u yoour props and gave a 8 change the angle and make me feel as if im there

Hahahaha! I gave you a 10 for sheer appeal. The squirrel is so crisp and nicely focused, the apple too. Nice capture!

This is definitely one of my top 10. Nice diagonal lines. It would be nice to see a little more of the squirrels ears, and maybe even cropping the bottom of the photo to take out the green in the bottom left corner.
