It may just be my monitor, but this image is too dark for me to make out much to rate. Even when I dramatically increase my screen's brightness, the huge difference in light levels between the light source in the center of the image and whatever else is depicted markedly decreases my enjoyment of the image.

Challenge: Not really or so unimportant to the rest of the composition as to be ignored.
Composition: A front and back lit powerstation with dock lights surrounded by black - Reflection is almost not viewable or unnoticeable.
Concept: A closer view of this with more detail in the surrounding might be something worth investigating. Looks to be a tough sell tho with the dock lights and thier extreme luminance.
Overall: Too dark and image to hold an attention span.

Can not see a sSilhouettes.... maybe a bit more detail is needed

I'm afraid this barely meets the challenge. Everything is so hard to make out with all the wasted space and there are no silouettes, only a reverse in fact, with a weak image engulfed by darkness.

Too dark to score well I am afraid.

I like how the scene floats in the dark.

Too dark, and the objects that should be silhouetted are the things lighted. Sorry.

I like the concept, but i think that two much of the picture is unused, maybe should be cropped in just a bit more. Not sure if it would look silhouetted or not.

There isn't enough contrast for me to make out what the shape of things are in this.

It seems to be that you've inverted the challenge theme - the main subject is far brighter than all but the lighted section. 3

A nice nighttime shot...but I not sure I qualify it as a silhouette, because the buildings are lit well enough that you can see the detail.

Not sure I see a silhouette here, rather a dimly lit plant. Everything else is in darkness. It is an intriguing photo of a plant.

This is a rather nice image, but probably would have done better in the "Late Night" challenge. I see the Silhouettes of the trees, but the towers seem to be the main subject in this image, and they are not Silhouettes. Although a very nice image, for me, it falls into the description of the challenge very well.

This would have been nice for the late night entry... failing to see how this is a silhouette though.
