This is a piece of glass artwork my grandparents gave me. I put a light set inside it, to explain the lights. The background is a darkblue curtain, and the light shining through is daylight

Editing:

I sharpened the image a little, because of poor quality, and used a burn tool to make the background more subtle.

To all those who commented on bad focus:

The reason is my crappy camera :/

and I can't really describe what this is, but I'm gonna give it a try.

It's a glass triangle, kind of arty. I put a lightbulb..... thing in it. I can't remember the right word for it, sorry :)...

Nice subject for an abstract. Good lighting and composition, however it looks soft to me, like the low-light focus could be improved. To make this a nice photo to me, the edges of your triangle must be sharp.

Not bad.

this looks out of focus and very obscure

Subject doesn't appeal to me. The more interesting part of this for me is the background which is overpowered by the foreground.

kind of cool...what is it?

Definite attention on the tri shape. Focus or something is such that a closup view is hard to look at for very long.

bad focus.

Looks like your focus is on the background and not on the subject, but it's hard to tell b/c the whole pic is pretty dark.
