Hope you tell us how you did that. Great job.

Superb! Personally, I'd have cropped out the real world. Bumping up.

Very cool indeed; doesn't look anything like a street scene - my impression was of a body of water. Nice lighting. The triangle formed by the hose adds interest too.

I like the unusual perspective.

Interresting shot, but am I missing the triangle?

I gotta say..i love this photograph. It's so haunting and surreal, and the composition is cool too. Not sure how it holds up for the criteria of "triangles" though, with the triangle as the dominant theme.

I really like this photo but I feel like you should have cropped the horizon line off.

This is surreal ... like I'm in the edge of my sanity kind of thing. Love it!

Cool picture, but I don't really see the triangle.

The horizontal line is distracting at the top/bottom. A nice picture in original inverted form IMO.

probably the best shot I've seen in a very long long time using reflective surfaces.
Excellent work!

beautifully non-triangular.... i see where you are coming from, but maybe there is another (equally beautiful) shot in your ceollection that shows off its triangularity more clearly...

This remind me of Henri Cartier B, nice try. Did you try it in B&W and cropping the image just above the head of the men?

I don't know why but this one sits well with me. I realy wish the car and the other white thing on the bottom were not there. Great triangle that fits the challenge well. an easy 8 from me but without the white things on the bottom this could have got a 9 or possibly even my 10. great job!

Surreal, triangle? Split by the pipe?
05/11/2005 10:49:20 PM
like the idea, perhaps more mystery would be added if it were cropped more on the left

Good idea, but it isn't for my taste, sorry.
05/11/2005 06:50:41 AM
I'd cropped out the bottom part.

it's a very beautiful photo, but the triangle is not really a part of it.

I wish you would not have left any of the "real" perspective, meaning leave only the reflection. That would have made this picture explode into a potential favorite of mine. I know this was for a challenge, but if you could upload a cropped version with just the two people's relection, one in the bottom left corner and the other in the upper right corner that would be great. Okay, it is going to be a favorite just for technique and inspirational purposes. This might be the longest mid-challenge comment I have left, interesting.
