Set the letter Pi in Photoshop and filled it with a photo of some stone. Printed a few copies on an inkjet at work, cut them out, and set them up in my son's sandbox. Shot in macro mode, no flash, ambient (filtered/indirect sun) light.

I like the lighting on this, although the subject matter is kind of strange. The pebbles are a nice background.

I honestly would have voted this a little higher if the dark shadow had not been there. I find it very distracting, and it detracts from the photo considerably for me.

Clever and interesting. I like the colors, but I wish the pi symbols were in better focus. I'm not sure of the function of the shadowy area to the right.

ha, ah. I wondered where they got the idea. good colour, nice idea, great inspiration for someone your age. good lighting, good focusing. nice framing too.
