The wheel of my dad's Porsche 944 Turbo. Took in RAW and converted in CS2. Dodging, burning, brightness/contrast, and some slight desaturation. I'm real happy with this, I hope it does well...

I"ve heard about people spraying flowers with water to get pretty drops and reflections... but this is the first time I see this applied to a car!
Well, this is not just any CAR - 7.

I like the idea of a Porsch.

Considering the picture itself ...I really don't see this as elegant...industrail yes...elegant no....As far as Porsche goes... elegance still doesn't come the mind for me...sporty, sleek, sexy, fast, slick...plus...on top of all that, the wheel itself looks a little beat....sometimes pictures need the chance to speak for themselves without being steered in a certain direction by a "descriptive" title. I do like the monchromatic color scheme though and the picture has really nice clarity and the lighting is really nice...it's just that darn title! : }

nice composition and approach to the challenge. i feel this would be more effective, however, with a cleaner, more polished, perhaps more metallic look over the entire frame. the water drops in particular would have been much more dramatic if the other elements of the image were more polished.
