Nice idea.
Hard to tell what's going on straight away (no bad thing) and the thumbnail looks like those bl**dy rocks in Oregon! The tilted, out of focus lamp works really well. I even like the funky red fringing. There's maybe a little too much dark space at the bottom of the image, but otherwise this is a well composed, suitably dreamlike abstract. Good stuff. |

| well i have a feeling this isn't going to get a very good mark, but i like it a lot. It is abstract, yet I can figure out what it is. It has a good dream feeling. I like the very yellowness of the light, but that it isn't over powering. Good 'espression' on the hand. High marks from me. |

| This is my second go-around =) - I've been staring at this photo for a while now and I think it's a hand. I like the simplicity and abstractness of this photo, however, I wish that the other fingers were showing so I would have had a better idea of what this photo is about. If it wasn't for the title I really would not have had a clue. Without knowing it's a hand... this photo's meaning is lost, which as we know, not many people here look at photos long enough to figure out the meaning. Otherwise, neat idea for the challenge and I like the colors =) |

| I would prefer to see one more finger at least, to give this picture a little more immediate impact. I had to have a good hard look at it to work out what it was. |
