I am going through the reults of this challenge and just had my jaw drop to the ground. I had this scored as a ten and had no idea who had done this one. I guess I really am at odds with the popular vote - not that you didn't do well, but I still can't help but be disappointed that it wasn't recognized much higher. Fantastic, Brian, just stunning.

Hm...DrJOnes isn't back now, is he? ;) Hot model, interesting choice of setting. I'm not too fond of her pose though. 7.

Nice pic but extra points for having such a nice subject

I really like this shot, but a few things are distrating me and the eyes:
The garter-> should have bee taken out, physically or give them a reason for being there, not tucked in. The buckle of the right front garter is reflecting some light and is very distracting.
The banister in the front, not sure if it's intentional or not, either show the banister for what is is or do not show it.
The few twigs in front of her legs. is you want to make it look like a candid/peeping picture, I would have added a few more twigs.

All in all, I like it (8), I might try something like this at some point in time

The foreground is very distracting, but without it I see where you composition suffers. Nice colors.

Nice photo. Things that could have made it better for me:
- the backlight has green hue, and creates some overly hot areas at the model's hair ends.
- there are two lines across the model thighs/shins, that should have been cloned out.
- there is a branch with some leaves at the right edge of the photo about 40% from the top which steals attention, that could have been cloned as well.

Otherwise, probably a top-50 photo. 6.

Your a winner either way......very nice work

A good shot technically except for the silhouettes in the foreground cutting across the legs. Some blur of the face (DOF or movement). Nice positioning of the model's hair to contrast against the back light. Model is well posed. I guess overall I like this shot LOL.

possibly late at night outside, but that's not what I was thinking about.

good idea but the plant things across her legs are a real distraction

Breath taking beauty, unsure if voting on this due to the photo itself or if it meets the challenge request. 9

OK you win! :) Just the scene you want to walk into when you walk the dog late at night.
The green vs red works well, makes it feel very natural, warm and outdoor (like it is). Her pose is very nice. Perhaps the redness of the light is just a bit to powerful as is the cool white of the backlight.

Lovely model. My only dislike are the 2 twigs above and below the knee.

The foreground is distracting, I would have cropped it. Nice lighting, color and background

is that a branch in the foreground? whatever it is, it's really distracting.

Lighting is very good and composition well done. The twigs? across the models legs are very distracting and detract from the overall effect.

Nice photo, but it could have just as well have been taken at any time--it doesn't seem to emphasize late night.

is that late at night? I am confused. I am kidding. Nice lights and shadows

the foreground branches/lines in front of legs distract, but nice color on model and the back light really works for a glamour-type shot. cool.

Other then the shadows on her legs or branches this is nice. Of course she is great-looking good. I look at this and here "honey just let me take a few shots". LOL

The surroundings are interesting and the general lighting must be some light set you have. The blurred items around the legs seem distracting.

The little branches are very distracting. There is nothing in the picture that says to be that this was taken late at night. It could just as well be in-doors or under a cloudy sky

Give that girl a ribbon so she can cover up! I know, it won't cover much and that's the way we like it. Joking aside... Great light, great pose, nice lingerie, good colors... Ok, the girl's pretty hot too! Good luck!

Yea well....Nice lighting and poise, the twigs by the chair and here legs take away from it some.

Nice one.
Too bad about the twigs in the foreground.

Lovely shot with great lighting (I even think that the touch of apparent overexposure at the end of the hair adds to the overall effect), but I feel that there are a couple of branches intruding into the frame on the lower right. If this were not a basic rules challenge, then they could obviously be cloned out easily.

Pretty girls don't always get high scores. This image, looks like one of those pictures taken in the store with a phony background. The lighting on the model is nice, but it looks like the forground is placed in front of a flat painted background.

Love the lighting and the model's very sensual pose. Only thing I am not fond of are the stripes over her legs, but know you can't remove them in basic editing. Stunning model by the way.

Seems a bit gratuitous to me, but a nicely composed shot nonetheless.

Her face should either be more visible or turned to the right more so your not looking right up her nose. Other tahn that I love it. 9.

WOW great pic, only minor thing detracting is the two small limbs blurred in front of her legs. Super job.
