That street sign and pole would be gone in a flash, if this wasn't an open challenge. :-)

I took a photo of this bridge about a year ago but from the other side. The building in the background is Parliament House.

This seems very overexposed and in need some of some white balance and/or color shifts.

I think this is a blunt rip-off that didn't turn out good.

The lights on the bridge are really hot. My guess is that you had your apperature wide open. Closing is down and doing a longer exposure to compensate, would turn all light sources into star shapes. You can get the simple six-pointed stars this way. The sharper, more complex ones are from a filter.
There is also a greenish tint I find unatractive. Just MHO. Hope that helps :)

I would love to see this without the sign, but what an amazing picture! Great leading lines and interesting subject. The green tint is ok, but I think I may have liked this better as black and white - not sure though. Either way, wonderful picture! 8

Wow. Each time I look at this, I like it more. Tight shot! Good luck.

back for comments..
when I first saw this, I knew I had seen it before.. I checked and found two images in the bridges II challenge. This is nicely done and the lights give it a very halo-type look..its a shame that you couldn't clone this side on left-bottom because of basic editing rules..
bumping up

If this is keegbow (sorry if it isn't) this is a beautiful view of this bridge. The other version had a little more color. I still like it.

Great symmetry. One of my favorites. I might have played with the color cast a bit. That is not the most appealing shade of green.

The green maybe too overwhelming.

i've seen this bridge in another challenge. I liked it then and I like it now. I never vote down for corner cropping, but if I could make a very nit-picky suggestion that might make for a better print...Rotate the image slightly clockwise, and re-center the image so that both the edges of the bridge bleed off directly in the corners. It is close now, but an extra step will give it a much nicer look and improve on the geometric symmetry that you have here. Nice job.

at first you might think the lights are too bright and blown out but man this works! totally cool angle and effect. Stupid sign on the left got in your way but this is a good image none the less. Good luck

This picture just really grabs me. It's one of my top three. The coloring is unusual (as compared with the rest of the Late Night shots) and I like that. It really makes this photo stand out. The lines do a great job of leading the eye. Excellently captured!

Striking architectural shot. Shame about the sign at the bottom of the frame. Not sure about the sickly green.

This has been done recently. Apparently an attractive subject.
Too bad the horizon is tilted.

nice shot, i wonder what it would look like if it wasn't so green

Nice shot and composition. The parallel lines really draw the eye into the photo. IMO I would have tried a faster shutter speed to eliminate some of the glow from the lights.

I love the colors in this photo, the whole image would really pop if the sign was not in the lower left hand corner.

Okay, I think I found another winner. 10 I like the weight of this image, I like the overall color. I think the photographer did a great job on all fronts.

i like the way the curves draw your eye - perhaps framing the shot so that the curves draw you to one of the thirds positions?

This photo resonates quite well with me. The light reflection works to create a third pathway to the horizon and the color tones are nice. Small distractions include the road sign on the left bottom, near the center, and the clump of leaves seen under the right bridge. 7
