Larger images will help your votes, DP allows 640 pixels on the long side. Try that and you should get better results. I had to learn that the hard way, low challenge results.

nice mood this gives. quiet and peaceful. a little small too see detail

I think you needed to make this picture larger to appreciate it.

I wish that the image size was larger so that I could give more comments on the technical aspects of the shot. It seems to be pretty clearly in focus. I wonder if the shot might work better with the light moved to either the right or the left, rather than in the center.

This image is much too small.

You're probably going to get hammered for having too small a shot. That doesn't bother me quite as much as it does many, but with such a simple subject, having it centered doesn't really work that well. Try framing it so that it shows up either one third from the left or the right instead. A contrast boost might also be in order, as the scene seems a little washed out. The subject also doesn't seem to be that compelling.

Would be improved if larger, and level. Good idea. Also, I wouldn't put the light dead center, but off to one side.

Image is very small, only 250x169 px. See the resizing tutorial under Learn>Tutorials.

Not a great size format for challenges. The image isn't level which can be a distraction.

Hard 2 tell. Sorry but 2 small. 3

Why so small? It make it very difficult to rate fairly.
05/04/2005 04:37:24 AM
reccommend you use a larger size up to 640 pixel as your photo is very small on my screen 1280 pixels wide and your pic is 250 pixel wide

Neat shot. Noise, focus, to much punch in the white, and size. 6.

image is very small...

Picture size is way to small and you might want to rotate it to straighten it out, I like the clarity though.

far too small, try to get it up to 640, otherwise good job.

it is hard to get the detail of the picture when the image size is sooooo constrained. you did follow the theme but it lost points due to the size
