I really like the composition of this photo, but I wish the blue color cast had been corrected.

Would've been better if the pole didn't lead me off frame.

i think that this photo fits the challenge perfectly. the child is the subject of the photo, takes up a small portion of the image space, and unlike many others that i have seen, he is the STRONG point of the image. i may have played around with the colors a little bit more because everything seems a bit blue and underexposed. 8

This is a nice shot. I like the tones of the photo. Excellant choice for having the boy silhouetted. Definitely fits the challenge like a glove IMO. The composition is good except...I'm wondering if it could be stronger were the boy angled "in" to the photo? The reason I say this is that, as I study the pic, I find that my attention is for sure drawn directly to your subject, the boy, but then with his stance and the pole I find my eye wanting to wander off the photo in that direction. What I'm thinking, and I could be wrong, is that if he were facing "into" the scene, that as my eye tried to follow the angle "into" the shot, I would be drawn back to the subject due to the contrasting dark silhouette. Hope that makes sense :-) Nice job.

Nice. However, the cyan color balance is very detracting.

The forground feels too dark. Also the pictures feels overall too blue.

I like this shot. It bothers me a little that the subject is facing out of the frame. It might be better if he were facing inward (i.e., to the left) or if this was framed with him on the left side of the picture.

I don't know if it's intentional, but the whole picture seems to have a weird blue color cast, even the things that arn't water.
Other than that, it's pretty good

I think it would be a better composition if the rod were facing into the picture.

The waves at the top are distracting, otherwise an interesting shot.
