 Editing Steps:
- NeatImage one gentle pass
- Curves, increase contrast
- Selective curves (quick mask) to darken BG
- Burned highlights on forehead, cheek, breasts, bikini line
- NeatImage again, two passes, last pass faded to about 50%
- Gentle burn in a couple areas to further darken some of the BG
