Yes, this is cropped to a 4:3 aspect ratio, but should be full size vertically. The building focus is a little stronger in the full size image, but I agree it does look pretty soft here.

Focus, ended up on the lower part of the tree, some sun like artifacts from the sun, was this cropped?
