It's an interesting idea - the composition is well done, the door and frame seem to disappear as the viewer focuses completely on what they can see through the crack in the door. There seems to be a bit of noise in teh photo, especially in the expanses of gray. The red towel is a nice plus.

Hey is that Emily?? She was supposed to be in Florida visitng her aunt! Well, I don't like what you've done, but I love how you've done it. Good color. 10 for you.

The focus seems a little soft on your subject here.

Great idea, I wonder how a little darker outside of the door would have changed the mood.

Solid concept..would have worked even better in the dreams challenge! I think the wall on the left could be cropped out, leaving only the door frame, as it is slightly distracting. Still a nice shot!

it would be better if the towel wasn;t there, not for the appeal, but for the photo meaning, and the title idea, iso too high also, 2

interesting way to frame your subject, good use of color, tighter angle around the door would bring this up for me

With the colors you have, you did well.

Good idea. IMO, I'd crop a little more off the top.

You're sure to be hammered by the prudes, but I like this shot. It kind of grew on me.

Great approach to the challenge. Picture seems degraded at bottom right and I think a tighter crop, maybe down to just the door frame at the top and left side, not showing the wall would of been better. 5

Interesting idea, but none of it is really clear and in focus. This might have worked a little better for me if she had been in a different position or doing something rather than just standing with her back to the door.

Lacks the simplicity and elegance I associate with minimalism, but nice all the same

To me...the main object is the door. I think this image would have been much stronger had there been a shallow DOF where the object you were peaking at was in focus, seperating it from the rest of the objects in the scene.

Nice way to meet the challenge. Most of the shots are cornered and off set, but you acheived it vertically and in the center. You also did it without loosing sight of the challenge.
