rock wrapped up in the papaer right? I don't know why you think this is crap - any image that makes you stop and go how'd they do that can't be crap:)

I like the heavy and light contrast between the rock and the paper. I'd like to know how you balance the scissors without having them fall. The scissors seemed to dark to me.

rock seems to have an unfair advantage!! or at least oppotunity to cheat

This is an excellent and unique idea. The exicution of the rock and paper on the scissors is very good, I do however find the creased paper background rather distracting. I feel this would have looked better with a plain white card or cloth.

Conceptually, this is my favorite entry for this challenge! I'd prefer a cleaner background but that is really a nit.

The lightning is abit hard. The background and shadows are to visible.

Very clever idea for the challenge. I think a seamless background would have been nice and perhaps not quite so harsh of lighting. It is one of the best ideas in the whole challenge.

Not a bad idea but the backround is way to busy for this, as it is now the backround draws my attention more than the scissors and that´s bad but the shot is still better than most in the challenge so I gave it a 6.

I like the shape of this, I wish the background was out of focus to hide the creases.
