this may have looked better as a silhouette. it looks like u had your on camera flash on for this shot, try it without that on.

why is this small? also the rocks are a little dark

This image meets the challenge criteria but the subject is not very interesting. There is nothing about the rocks that draws the viewers attention

The post processing did this photo in. Was it intentional to have everything the same color?

Not enough landscape to make sense of this rock. Rock forground seems flash burned.
