Magnificent. To me the birds the feathers look like a mess and the positioning of the legs make me wonder if it's about to land. There's a nice balance between what it's carrying and the shape of the bird too. I like it a lot.

this is cool, I'm sure I've seen thousands of heron shots but this is a new angle, probably too much to ask but flash would have put more light onto the underside of the wings and body, excellent capture
