All the people are blurred, and their backs are turned. The contrast is low. And the color palette which would be the almost negligible strong point of the photo is ruined by a cerise shoulder.

A bit cluttered and the out of focus image on the left sems to detract somehow.

It would be interesting to see some faces. The steel of the bridge blends in with the sky... Which person is supposed to be in focus - they all seem blurry.

dark, motion blur, lack of focus on a particular subject, the blur on the left is very distraction

A little soft and cluttered. Wish you'd waited for the people walking at you, so as to show faces. Then again I don't know how folks from Brooklyn like getting their photo taken.

Having the bridge cables centered may have worked better, and maybe a deeper dof?

This would have been a much more interesting photo showing the people from the front!

I'm not entirely sure what the focus is on in this photo - the child riding on the shoulders of an adult? The angle doesn't quite work for this, given that the people in the foreground are very out of focus and, for the most part, covering the key focal point. Also, the colours are a tad drab - have you considered kicking up the contrast and converting to black and white? That might really give this photo some kick. Alternatively, some colour work and some cropping to at least get rid of the man who is very close to the camera on the left would really do wonders for the appeal of this shot. Good effort!

I like the kid on the shoulders in the sea of people concept, but the blurry guy on the left in the foreground is really distracting.

a little out of focus... I think it would also be better with more or less of the man in blue on the left... as it is it seems like an accident he was in the picture

Lots and lots of people. It would have been better if we could see their faces
