I love poking through my favorites just because of shots like this and getting to admire them all over again. Marvelous!

Man, I'm more than a little surprised to see this down here. I gave this a nine and had it pegged for fourth place (which is, incidentally, higher than I thought the eventual winner would end up).

Along with Heida's shot (which is somewhere in the 30's) this was clearly the most underrated image of the challenge. I guess sometimes you just can't pick em.

One of my two favorites in this challenge. You've made the right pick. This is YOU.

Like the composition a lot and the control of DOF. Way underrated...

(I didn't realize this is what you submitted...I have a close look at this today and there's a lot to enjoy in this image. The color tone helps a lot.

This firmed your position up in the a-class list!

This is the the kick below the belt we get once in a while huh?
Shame - had this figured to place much higher and kinda' bugs me seeing it nearly in 50th place.
It hardly gets better than this, and is why it's in my favorites now.

Nice image but a bit too staged? Probably from a little farther away from the subject may have been better?

this should score high, but my critique would be to see more of the mans face and not so overblown on the white

What a great photo, I like the way he's 'caught' the camera. The focus/dof combo suits the subject very nicely. [10]

This is a gem! The look right at the camera, the head tilt of the female, the grain and tone, all just make this a very great capture.

This photo is great - the 3 features (woman, man, stonewall) are each distinctive and symbolic yet tie together well.

I think this photo has taught me something. My gut reaction is that the guy isn't framed well - he is too hidden. But maybe I'm jumping to quickly. maybe its a symbol of the union he's just made.

Good photo. The look in your subjects eyes indicates to me, he is happy to be with the one he loves.

Considering that he is dancing with his fiance, one would think he would focus his attention on her and not the photographer. A nice photo, but I do believe it would have greater appeal if both faces were visible. I find the background a bit distracting. Overall a good photo and should do fairly well. Good luck.
