this is a great photo. it's hard to do that! i like the use of tones and grain. hopefully you aren't taking too much flack for that, it works here. good shot
Slightly too much eyebrow and not quite enough eye - looks like he/she's looking down rather than at the camera. Good idea, though. I'd like to see more along these lines.
