Good concept but very busy shot. A small dof on the subjects only might have worked well here to give them more focus and blur the background that is a gym.

IMO, this photo seems very rushed, either that and/or the main subject didn't want to be photographed. I find the centre placement of the main subject not that appealing and the surroundings are very distracting. I think you'll want to use a low aperture value next time to deliver shallow depth of field in which case you can have the person in sharp focus, but the background will be nicely blurred. Good Luck.

seems to be tipping slightly to the left. Does she work on shoulders?

A very busy shot

When looking at people photos I really like to see eyes, facial expressions etc. Even though this image is meaningful and tells a story it would have been nicer to see the patient´s face at least....

Good job keeping your reflection out of the mirror behind her. Focus on her is a bit off.

Needs straightening up a little.

I'm not entirely sure what to make of this picture.. it seems like something that would be accompanied by a story or article of some sort. The colour is a bit washed out and there is a lot of overexposure; I think this might really have been more effective in black and white, or with some editing of curves and colour. The background is a bit distracting, and the person in the foreground is also a distraction as they are not fully visible, but the main subject is nicely in focus. Interesting candid.

Poor spelling in your title. Looks like a snapshot. The composition could be stronger as well as a more interesting camera angle. Point, shoot, submit. Don't expect a ribbon.

This image is rather busy. The background does draw the eye toward the intended subject, but a shallower DOF would have helped to reduce many of the distractors.

Too many disturbing objects on this photo.

you might have bumped up the saturation a bit to make this more interesting because it's a brightly lit shot... I might have also cropped a bit closer to the woman in yellow. Great job avoiding getting yourself in the mirror, I'm bad at that!

I would have liked to see more faces in this one
