killer find, anders! i don't know how possible this is, but you might consider reshooting this to take a bit more advantage of the natural gradient you've found (you might be able to do something about it in photoshop, as well). as is, the bottom 40% would be a strong image by itself, and the top 60% would also be strong by itself, but together, that dark corner tends to pull my eye away from the image.
i really like that one jagged line that comes down just right of center that seems to stand out among all the smooth curves. great observation! |
