Good take on the challenge.
Perhaps shooting at a different time of the day would have helped with the sky not being blown out, but hey, sometimes we have time constraints in our lives huh?

Darn, that thing looks like it's coming down any second now. Good contrast and color. I think the composition could have bee just a little better.

Because of the contrast of the sky the building looks OoF and lacks clarity. I also think the photo has an odd shape to it and is very unappealing. Good luck with this challenge.
