A floor to ceiling window provided the ambient lighting for this close-up. I won't spoil the surprise by revealing what it is just yet.

I'm not sure what the hell this is, but we're VERY close to it...so you met the challenge...but again...wha?? Very bright, indiscernable image.

I really like this. Its simple, but interesting to look at. The colour gradient looks great, but I don't like the border though.

Very nicely done abstract. The color, shapes and lighting are very well done.

is this a lava lamp? very cool abstract! nice work! This would've been beautiful for color as well..so congrats! It has many avenues of needs as well as being a pleasure to view.

Nice orange and yellow colors, gives off a nice visual effect. I especially like your framing also. Just can't figure out what it is.

Very creative, but it looks out of focus to me... and sharpness is really the alpha and omega of macro. Sorry. (4)

What's this - a lava lamp? I thought of doing this. Great colours, but shapes could be better defined.

okay
might work better if one or two of the curves were more distinct, not much to latch on to
