Well seen.
Composition, color & detail are good. Probably didn't need the border in there, but if you like it, then that's all that matters. (took nothing away because of it either)

Neat photo. Personally I'd have like to be able to see more detail on the building.Maybe cropped a bit tighter... don't lose the clouds.

not sure I like the border treatment because it attracts the eye and detracts from the image but the image is nice well thought out and thankfully realistic.
