It really doesn't look abandoned. the grass is not overgrown and the flowers look kept up. The photo is pretty small.

I'll take your word for it that it is abandoned, but it doesn't look to be in a state of disrepair. Might try to move so it isn't dead centered and straight-on.

Very interesting structure. I would have lowered the building in the frame a touch. The roof line is getting lost with the edge of the photo making the viewer want to look over the top.
