Well it looks like a U.. But the photo is small and unatractive.. I cnant tell if it's a photo of a root, dung, or a dinosaurs foot... sorry but try to use the full image size it always help your scor if the voters can see the picture.

Unless you have some compelling reason to use such a small image it's a good idea to take advantage of the full 640 pixels that DPC allows in at least one direction.
I suppose this could be a V or a U. It is very small and would have been a lot easier to see if you had used the whole 640 pixels allowed for the longest side.
Most common tip on DPC: Make sure the image is close to the maximum size allowed (640px on the longest dimension). Not to be mean, but the size ruined what would have otherwise been a nearly-mediocre entry. :(
