The title is perfect! I think your cat should work as a hypnotist. This is such a sharp picture, I like everything about it...especially the background...does it represent his "good side" & his "bad side"? :) Another one of my favourites in this challenge. Good luck! 9

Here is a place where straight on and in the middle really works. It helps that you have chosen a dark - light background split. Love his expression.

I like this cat's attitude..good portrait, but light in background is split into two tones and seems to take away from the image..

Nice shot....as if he's looking through you! I think it is a great shot but could even be better if the background were more consistent in color (not the split in the middle).
