Nice image. Very light (though I like the effect - summery). DoF is too shallow - the tip of the subject is out of focus (use a higher apperture number).

the balance between that which is in focus and that which is not is off in this shot; because of the title I perceive the theme here to be the progression from bud to blossom, therefore the background flower should also be in focus as it is also a major part of the image; very pleasing colors, and the focus is sharp where you have choosen to put it; maybe just a little more contrast

This is the most beautiful use of color and light I have seen in a long time. I just love looking into this image. WIsh I could give you much higher than a 10.

Flower is not as focused as it sould be. Background seems a little overpowering in the shot.

i like the origionality but the top of the flower that is in focus is very soft, or i have gone crosseyed.....overall 5 might bump later

The only thing I would change about this one is a bit sharper focus on the tip of the bud. It is quite beautiful.
