 I made a layer of the background and used NI to soften it somewhat (should have taken more time on it though). Any ideas on the bird? (I was thinking thrush??)

Hello, nice photo : I know, it's an "Accenteur Mouchet" in French (Prunella modularis), and i'll see now for English name ... Hedge Accentor. It's + or - like a House Sparrow. Bye
