 I was walking around in downtown San Antonio. I wasn't really thinking about entering this challenge, but when I saw this sleeping homeless lady -- seeming to have all the life zapped out of her, I thought it fit, so I decided to enter. I HATED having to crop off the top of her hat, but there was this big truck tire at the top of the picture, that I couldn't clone out because of the basic editing rules, so I went with what I thought was the lesser of the distractions. I guess either way, it will probably get a big ding, but thought it would get dinged greater with the tire in the picture.

I like this. the selective desat works for me, and that's saying something. I don't see that many where it really works well.

I like the photo, but it doesn't say "bored" to me. It might say "tired" or "weary" or "need help" but I don't see bored. I'm giving you 5 on the photo quality.

Great composition. If it's staged: KUDOS. The drab colors are perfect. If not staged: WOW!!

Very nice CANDID shot. I often think of homeless people and the emptiness and boredom they live with on a daily basis. Guess it's a heart thing I have for people. 10
