This is so incredibly beautiful! It takes my breath away! I don't know how I've missed finding this -- either in the challenge -- or in all my poking around in the profiles -- but I'm glad I noticed it now! It's going straight to my favorites folder!

It is a gorgeous photo, but I'm curious to know what element of this picture was surreal for you?

It seems you did this without dodging and burning. Good job. I think this would have been much more surreal if the horizon had been cropped off and the image flipped - making it look as if the stones were huge and hanging in the clouded sky.
Anyway, there's some element in here missing for it to fit the challenge very well. Otherwise it is a great picture and would score high in, say, a b&w contest. 7.

It's a beautiful shot -- truly stunning -- but I don't get what makes it surreal, honestly.

A very surreal effect which carries the imagination. More like a static but beauriful rendition. 7

Gorgeous!!! I love the dreamy surreal feel of it, and the full tonal range it uses.

Beautiful picture and composition. I could've used a little more sharpness to give more detail and texture to the rocks. unfortunatly, really not surrealism. 6

very nice shot. good use of basic editing to get a very dreamy look. well balanced as well. I might like to see it with half of the forground rocks on the bottom cropped out to help center the focus more and draw the eye more to the midground. But it's great how it is. 9

Seeing this image, you get the sense that you've just entered in one of a Jules Vernes adventures, somewhere lost in a mysty island. Very good job.

Pretty, moody, dreamlike. Yet it doesn't quite manage to pose the stark contradictions or reality-bending imagery of surrealistic painting.

Now this photograph is surreal, in my opinion. Stunning contrast in b&w. Sharply focused rocks, with smooth flowing water. Perfect composition. Could be preceived as mountain tips with clouds floating around them.... I give this a 10! Very well done, fits the challenge.
