Hubby was my model, this was the best shot, for lighting used flash and a desk lamp. The numbers are puzzle pieces of my kids', used adhesive velcro to stand them up. Really wish I could clone out those little black spots on the floor and wall, as well as the outlet. Had fun thinking of this. My first staged shot and I am pleased with it.

A very original work. I really like that the corner was shot so it looks like the man is in the center of the image.

I assume the numbers were tossed, otherwise a remarkable job of balancing. As I still have my taxes to do, I will probably having the same nightmare soon. Nice colors, nice model , both expression and positioning. A 9.

Ah! This is surrealism at its basis. I like the idea! Unfortunatly, lighting is weak and colours could've used a lot more punch. Perharps a closer composition would've helped. 6

this looks SO photoshopped...where is the shadow around him and the numbers????

The Idea is awsome
The numbers almost all being backword bugs me out a little.
But a real cool idea overall

I like the idea of the photo. And several of its points of execution are great; the backwards numbers, the recoil in fear, the 'climbing the wall' gesture. IMO, the photo seems burdened by a number of executional flaws. High key lighting strikes me as the last kind of lighting to use for this kind of a photo, but at least all the other things in the photo are light and pastel. Except for the belt and shoes. Besides their dark color, the waffle-souled shoes seem too incongruous.

While we understand that this is a dreamlike experience from the context, the visual language of the photo belies it. It doesn't feel dreamlike.

Solid effort. Keep taking photos.
