There is a very odd liquid look to this image. Im not sure what you've done but it looks like a really extreme neatimage effect. There are patches of blur and patches of sharpness. Strange and surreal but not really to my taste. Good contrast and choice of subject. 6
Wonderful scene but I feel the sky has been spoilt here with the processing used.
Shooting into the sun has produced glare and it is difficult to control.
This is really good. However, the smudges are a bit distracting. The highlights and shadows are very beautiful though. Maybe try using the smudge or blurr tool at a setting where the cursor is smaller - it seems to bleed a bit too much in this image.
