I find you cropped this mage too tightly on the bottom of the hills/mountains, causing that you almost don't have any foreground. In other words... too much sky.

The mountain in this photo is absolutely gorgeous - the contrasts of b+w are so powerful. For me, that dark part of the sky is so large, though, that it competes with the mountain in this composition. Perhaps cropping the top 1/4 of the way down would have strengthened it. All in all, your pic is one of my favorites of the challenge.
I like this image, the cloud cover seems to be carrying itself away to the right. I like the contrast in the mountain also. Acctually it is the contrast in the mountain that really makes this shot. 7
