 This is the "sail bridge" in swansea, its a footbridge: 85-tonne inclined steel mast that soars to a height of 42 metres and radiates 18 x 60mm diameter cables to support the 292 tonne weight of the 142 metre bridge. Its cost 2,000,000 quid...Hmmm could have been put to better use methinks.

Cropped a bit, neatimaged a bit, a bit of USM and constrast & hue to get rid of the sodium orange tint.

I have no just about no idea how you achieved this effect here. The colors and values are so weird. Inversion... curves... um.... I do hope to get a chance to read about how you did this.
