Not a bad structure but your composition is too tight and you're not leading people into the shot, but rather out of it. Looks like it was snowing too, but some people might think it was a dirty lens! Perhaps shooting really close to the girders would give a sense of strength and add some detail and dimension to the composition.

On my monitor at least, there are a lot of 'jaggies' along the steelwork.

I like the panoramic scaling of this, dpc should allow one to use 800x320 panoramics next to 640x640 normal ratios. More contrast might help to make the beams stand out more. I like the snowflakes.
