Incidentally, you CAN'T see the "finger" folded under; look at the other fingers, the same "web" under the finger shows the same shadow on them... |

A lot of people didn't catch the humor of the purposeful fakeizing in mine, either (some people take stuff sooo seriously, don't they?). I love the border. |

To all who asked, it's jalapeno sauce, not ketchup. The pain came when I licked it off my dinger. This was a last-minutes shot, I'd just downloaded NeatImage and wanted to play with it. Wasn't meant to be taken seriously and it wasn't...
If anything, I see it as a sort of tongue-in-cheek homage to the old B-film slasher movies...
The border was fun to do, I wanted a "slipped" feel to the whole thing.
Thanx all to those who commented.

This is just gross, and not well done -- I can see the finger bent under itself! Come on... |

Don't you just hate it when people spill the ketchup on the counter. Sometimes towells aren't enough and you have to go after it with a kitchen knife. Would be just a bit more convincing if you couldn't actually see the finger doubled under. I like the gleam of the knife. |

Not feeling the "border" of this image. Best to keep it simple. And why would the knife be positioned horizontally? Shouldn't it be vertical? Heinz? I have a craving for french fries now. |

Initial reaction is shock, then it looks contrived. |

The blood has too much texture... resulting in a "ketchup" look. Great sharpness and lighting though! |

I think the worse problem this person has is the fact that he's bleeding ketchup! |
