Found in Zurich today, it should be a one way road sign, I found it very interesting how a road sign can transform into a sticker showcase for young artist...
btw this is not a high traficate zone, so it's not so important what for a sign it's behind the stickers.

I think the problem here is that you're relying on the sign plus your title to explain your picture. However, that would require an understanding of the language this sign is in, which most viewers don't have. If I'm mistaken I appologize, but I don't think this worked.
