This just has such a great Feel of desolation; and mood; often times we take a picture of a places and may catch its essence, but not the mood of a certain given situation. Nice painting with light.
A very petty criticism would be that the horizon is tilted; but still its great. |

i love the mood of this shot, right out of a dream or a scene in a movie.

the sky appears to have quite a bit of noise, the wheat colors are pretty. |

If I had my way, top 20 for sure. The horizon seems tilted -- it's a bit low on the right. Really nice image. |

The only stop sign photo in the contest worth seeing. Guess every rule needs an exception. Awesome sky. |

A good idea. Perhaps a lower or a higher viewpoint would have made a greater impact. |

Concept is good. Lighting is right is intersting to. Getting closer to the sign, but still having it all (including the pole) in the frame might work better. It would be particularly good with the high grass right next to the pole. Sharpness and noise reduction would improve the final image. |

Slightly longer exposure would have done this justice. A bit dull. Maybe will a little more of a hur/sat boost it would have popped a bit more. Nice shot though compositionally. |

Zooming in a little bit would have helped a bit and not hurt your concept. 7 |

the contrasting sky(blue grey) road and dead brown color is great, maybe the sign could have been really farther or really close but all in all good |
