 Shot on a rainy evening, seems like every night is a rainy one over here. ;-)
I had the idea previsualized, but due to several reasons hadn't had the time to work it out properly. Still just good enough to enter I think. (I really hate the little blue spot though!)
Post-processing: NI, USM, Adjustment Layers (levels and selective color), resize, add border and save for web.

Cropping is a bit too tight!

For me, the crop is a little too tight. Excellently lit. Pity under basic editing rules that you can't get rid of the line running down the top sign.
