 I sat a spotlight directly beneath the street sign and then lay down on the ground far enough to get the sign into the frame.

Note that this IS a single image. The reflection is apparently from the sign reflecting off of my UV filter onto the lens.

It is what made me find the image interesting...

The lighting on the centre of the sign seems a little too harsh, which detracts from the impact of the image.
