A quite spactacular photo that I suppect would have been quite drab taken at any other time or weather conditions, shows a good eye and a great capture. I do feel that some of the area above the tip of the building could have been cropped and it would be interesting to see it that way. Congrats and I hope it does well for you.
I've seen and taken many photographs of rainbows, but this must be among the very best. That cathedral spire really makes it! And the tile roofs anchoring the base add weight to a lovely shot.
