Those are the statues at the entrance of that church Hallgrimskirkja which has been here before I think.

At least I like it...

50mm F1.8 and tripod.
A little bit of Burning, Levels, Highlights/Shadows, Unsharp mask cloning, border and perhaps some desaturation.
I think that was all...

I have to tell you that the atmosphere of this picture is very profound. There is so much to it really... The lonely man in motion, the scale of the statues with respect to the wall behind and the two observers with the light behind them. This is such a terrific shot with excellent composition.

I like the original better too, but this is still one of the better challenge entries - this place really is getting to be one of those good old dpc cliches :).

Returning for comment. This is so strange and different, and I really have no idea what I'm looking at but it's terrific! Have already scored this a 10; good luck to you.

Less tall on the crop would have given another point. 8

I love this composition, the solidity and strength of the background, with three silhouettes, with arms tucked by their sides creating androgynous forms.

I am drawn to these silouhettes and the possible story, nice job on the lighting, colors, and implied action as well as mysterious emotions...

I like it. I think the building being dark on the top left looks off to me. Maybe it is the way the light is on the building. I won't count off for that.
