 A "new" rose on a very old windowsill (of the Heigold Facade).

Crop, levels, unsharp mask, neat image, gaussian blur to produce soft focus effect

This is a very pretty picture, I like the way the rose is sitting in the front of the picture and the background just blends in while the rose is bright and very petty!

the fact that the wood is out of focus adds to the contrast rather than taking away from the picture quality... well done..
