My Opinion-This is a good photo of a bridge in progress. The sky, light and patterns of shadows are really interesting to look at. Beautiful to my eye. I think the crane adds to the over all shot, but the crop is too tight at the top. Other then that little nit pick......it's a good photo and was under rated.

Nice lines. The crane adds a good tough. I like the horizontal patterns here. More interesting light would make this photo a lot better.

nice shot of the construction of this bridge. I would like to have seen you back off a bit and show a bit more of the bridge under construction with more of the crane and the bridge, but that's just me talking. You show a lot of strength and materials that go into the making of a piece of this bridge. Nice sharp image against a nice blue sky, and the whole crane is in focus too, kind of hard to do.

I can't believe someone else is as twisted as I am. I was going to use this exact same title, unfortunately my photo wasn't near as interesting as yours. Good job.
