I like the reflection and the placement of the bridge in the frame.The two palm trees serve to make the whole scene off balance in a good way. Note that the palm trees have the focus here, not the bridge. Is that what you want? Out of focus.

Nice reflection - I wonder if this photo would do better if the crop was closer to the bridge taking the water into it? Crop out the trees/rocks and it may be more interesting.

Could benefit from better focus or some sharpening...

Detail and sharpness is lost by using a too low jpeg quality. A bit of a shame as I would have liked to see the 'what seem to be flamingo's' in detail. Trees give the composition some punch. Avoid positioning the subject horinzon in the middle of the frame.
