a record or cassette would probably be better for old instead of a CD, but you wouldn't be able to get the reflection either. The reflection is in focus, but I would've liked to have seen the cd a little more in focus as well. 8 |

Good shot. I believe reflections are hard to do and you have accomplised it here. |

Your CD is out of focus. Use a smaller aperture (or was it bigger?... check the tutorials if you want to be sure, I'm not anymore ;) to get a wider DOF. Flipping the image would have been good, to make the iPod display readable. 4. |

It would've been better if we could see on the iPod screen and on the CD what the album is, for a better comparison. Or have a picture that reflected how much more music could fit on an iPod versus a CD. |

Are we allowed to "flip" the picture for Basic Editing? If not, taking a picture of this in a mirror would have made the iPod text go the right direction (though managing all of those reflections would have been difficult...) |

Perception...funny thing, it is. Had I chosen this theme, the CD would have been the "New", while an old '45 record' would have been the "old"> Now you're making me feel old. Photo is nicely done. I love the reflection idea. That is very powerful. 8 |

slightly blurred, but that may be the CD 'blurring out' as it fades into obcurity. I love the colors |
